Recovery and Aftercare
Following any type of surgery, it is essential to allow your body some time to rest and heal. The specific recovery timeline will vary according to your facial feminization, but you should feel ready to resume your normal activities within a week or so.
Note that swelling and bruising are standard following facial surgery, which means that it may take several weeks or even months before the full results are evident.
You can anticipate some pain during recovery, and if you opt for rhinoplasty, there might also be significant congestion. Medications are available to help manage these symptoms.
