Breast Reconstruction Before and Afters

Mid-50’s female presented with a history of right breast lumpectomy and radiation treatment which caused significant deformity of the overall breast and scar tethering resulting in the right nipple being pulled to the underside of the breast. Right breast lift and scar excision with fat grafting and a left-sided lift/reduction was performed to achieve improved symmetry in volume, shape, and nipple position.
