Dr. Joshua Goldman is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in full-scope aesthetic and advanced reconstruction in Las Vegas, NV. Hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Goldman received his undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University where he was also a varsity NCAA gymnast and All-American Scholar-Athlete, before receiving his MD from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine.  He completed his plastic surgery training at the UNLV School of Medicine and went on to obtain subspecialty training in Craniofacial and Microsurgery in Royal Oak, Michigan, allowing him to confidently care for the most complex reconstructive cases moving forward in his career.

Dr. Goldman has been in practice since 2019.  He returned to Las Vegas as an Assistant Professor of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs, and Head of Extremity Salvage at UNLV School of Medicine. There his practice encompassed the entire spectrum of plastic surgery, both reconstructive and cosmetic. Since co-founding Vegas Plastic Surgery Institute in 2022, his focus remains on advanced breast cancer reconstruction, limb salvage and amputee care, microsurgery, and trauma reconstruction. Dr. Goldman is the highest volume plastic and reconstructive microsurgeon in the state, is actively involved in local, state and national medical societies, and regularly presents and publishes to international audiences on a litany of subjects within plastic surgery. He has been named by Vegas Inc’s Las Vegas Weekly as “Las Vegas 40 Under 40” and a “2021 Top Doctor” for his dedication to evidence-based medicine, surgical innovation, and patient-centered care.

In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife (an orthopedic trauma surgeon) and two kids, reading, writing, and immersing himself in art, film, and the outdoors.
