Originally from New York City, Shanise brings exceptional organizational skills, dedication, and a proactive approach to her role as our Office Manager. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating efficient workflows, she plays a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring both staff and patients feel supported. When she’s not managing day-to-day operations, Shanise enjoys unwinding with a good book and spending her free time cheering on her kids as a dedicated sports mom, always their biggest supporter.

Tiensa

CFO-Chief Financial Officer

Originally from Northern Virginia, Tiensa has over 20 years of expertise in medical billing and revenue cycle management. As CFO, Tiensa focuses on financial efficiency in healthcare operations. When not strategizing, Tiensa enjoys simplifying recipes and making cooking effortless.

Heather

Surgical Coordinator Supervisor

Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Heather brings dedication and expertise to their role as a Surgical Coordinator Supervisor. With a strong background in healthcare coordination, Heather excel at ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and support for surgical teams and patients alike. Outside of work, Heather enjoys relaxing with a good book, diving into true crime documentaries, and building an impressive collection of LEGO sets.

Karen

Surgical Coordinator

Born in Los Angeles, California, Karen brings energy, warmth, and exceptional coordination skills to her role as our Surgical Coordinator. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she’s dedicated to ensuring every patient feels informed and supported throughout their surgical journey. When she’s not keeping things organized at work, Karen loves unwinding with a good movie, exploring new walking trails, and satisfying her sense of adventure through traveling. 

Tanya

Medical Assistant

Originally from Chicago, Tanya has dedicated the past 19 years to the medical field, with a specialty in plastic surgery. Her passion for medicine began in childhood and has only grown stronger throughout her career. Tanya takes pride in providing compassionate care and ensuring patients feel confident and supported every step of the way. When she’s not hard at work, Tanya enjoys going on walks and unwinding with her favorite music.

Arely

Lead Medical Assistant

With over 10 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in plastic surgery, Arely is dedicated to providing compassionate care and ensuring seamless clinical operations. Her background in Reiki, energy work, and reflexology allows her to bring a calming, holistic touch to patient care, promoting balance and healing. Outside of work, Arely finds joy in spiritual practices like meditation, yoga, and dance — always striving to help others heal and grow both inside and out.

Stephanie

Patient Care Coordinator

From Victorville, CA, Stephanie’s passion for helping others shines through her work in the medical field. She also holds a degree in Culinary Arts for baking and recently became a licensed advanced esthetician. In her free time, she enjoys painting and is having fun relearning how to roller skate!
