The Benefits of Getting Rhinoplasty
Our board-certified surgeons strive to improve facial balance for patients of all ethnicities while maintaining a natural aesthetic. Here are a few reasons why you may want to undergo rhinoplasty:
Am I a Good Candidate for Rhinoplasty?
During your initial consultation, one of our doctors will perform a physical evaluation and review your medical history. They will verify that you are a good candidate and schedule you for surgery.
Rhinoplasty Is Great If You
- Have problems with your nose
- Have realistic expectations

The Rhinoplasty Process Explained
Once you arrive at the surgical center, you will be greeted by our team and placed under anesthesia to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the surgery.
Rhinoplasty requires incisions, which may be made inside the nose or along the columella, the narrow strip of tissue separating the nostrils. Your surgeon will take extra special care to place incisions strategically to make any scars virtually invisible.
During surgery, your doctor will need to remove some bone and cartilage to reshape your nose, and, in some cases, they may need to graft cartilage into the nose. Your rhinoplasty procedure may also involve straightening the septum, which can help resolve breathing, snoring, and sinus concerns.

Recovery and Aftercare
Following your rhinoplasty procedure, it is normal to experience swelling, bleeding, and congestion. Discomfort, including headaches, is also expected. These symptoms tend to resolve within a week or less, and we can provide plenty of tools for managing these symptoms, including decongestants and pain management medications.
Most patients feel ready to return to work and their other normal activities within a week to 10 days, but we recommend abstaining from strenuous exercise for at least a month.
